Return & Refund Policy
At Hike Maui, we put a lot of thought into the merchandise we offer. All of our products are created using on-demand printing, meaning each item is made specifically for the order it is placed with. This approach helps us avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. We strongly encourage reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.
We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. Customers are not required to return damaged or incorrect items.
